Anyone aged 18 or over can recommend GRIDCO. No account, password or referral code is needed. Make a verbal recommendation and ask the customer to mention your name, introduce them on WhatsApp with their permission, or submit an online referral.

The secure form accepts your name and contact, the customer's name and permitted contact details, service, type and area. GRIDCO verifies attribution and eligibility first: mentioning someone's name does not guarantee a reward.

Applications stay Pending Approval. Active referral codes are issued only after approval and a welcome email.

Use an active partner code and supply the customer's name, email or telephone, required service, residential or commercial type, and town or postcode. Get the customer's permission first. Alternatively, give your referral code directly to the customer.
Receiving a referral does not guarantee a reward.

No. There is no joining fee or minimum referral requirement.
When will I get paid?
Approved rewards are paid through GRIDCO's monthly payment process after the customer's first job has been completed and paid for.
Do I get paid for repeat bookings?
No. Referral rewards are paid once for each qualifying new customer.
Can I refer more than one customer?
Yes. There is no limit on the number of qualifying new customers you can introduce.
Do I need to arrange the waste collection?
No. GRIDCO handles the quotation, booking and service coordination.
What if the customer doesn't book?
Referral rewards are only earned on eligible completed and paid jobs.
Can I refer residential and commercial customers?
Yes. Partners can introduce both types of customers.
How do you know the referral came from me?
Individuals can ask the customer to mention their name, introduce them on WhatsApp or send an online referral without a code. Business partners can use their unique code or make a verbal introduction. GRIDCO verifies and records the attribution before approving any reward.
